Products can be returned within 7 days after delivery if:

* Wrong product received
* Damaged item received
* Manufacturing defect found

Return conditions:

* Product should remain unused
* Original packaging should be available
* Tags and accessories should remain intact

Non-returnable products:

* Customized products
* Used products
* Sale products

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
